Final update before "midterms,"
Another week goes by of flying through assignments. Made probably a dozen renderings for this patio planter that we are trying to figure out the plant pallette. We ended up going with the first rendering I made.
It's never as good as the first time. I feel that is a common theme when it comes to creative expression. Maybe that's just my opinion. Natural as we came to be.
It has been great expanding my understanding of ecoregions and ecology of Texas. Large variety of forestry and grasslands, wet and dry, high and low. Spring is sneaking up on us and I am excited to watch the blackland prairies pop out, post oak forest canopies form, and the crosstimbers of thickets and cedars thicken.
Local Italia Express packs a mean lunch.
One of my coworkers said he hadn't been here in 10 years and it hasn't changed.
