Arielle- it's over... for now

FINALLY BLOG 6!! I thought this day would never come.

Recently we had a firm retreat (but it was more like a workshop…) It was cool to get to be involved in a team-building event like this. We basically spent 2 days at another location to understand how the firm works with clients, how we work well with our strengths, and how the firm has grown over the last decade and a half. They had all of us take that Clifton Strengths finder test a while back, and it was basically the foundation of the whole retreat. They then organized us by our similar qualities and sat us at our own tables, so we could talk and understand how our strengths make us similar personality-wise. I learned that the last few retreats were better though. Apparently, the one before last they went to a ton of different projects for a whole day, I wish I could walk around outside and look at pretty stuff. Overall it was still cool.

I finally also got an update on my internship. I'll be switching teams to Team Elm, which works on more grand and international projects. It'll be a nice change of pace.
