Public meeting work :)

 But yeah I have been busy busy, one cool thing I been working on was preparing for a public meeting for a park we are redesigning in St. Tammany parish. 


I put together some boards with precedent images for the community to have an idea of what we are trying to go for, as well as get their input for some of the decision making. I also made proposed programming diagrams earlier last month that we sent to the council. So I used these to create an interactive master plan so people move and pin to show what they think makes sense programming wise/what they want to see! 


I also made two sections to plant that picture in the community’s mind. Which I did 100% in AutoCAD and Photoshop! Who’s surprised?! They came out pretty good if I say so myself.

I also created a announcement flyer and instagram post that the Parish posted to inform people about the meeting. So that was cool knowing that my work was professional enough for the parish to post!

Life@CARBO Vol.2

GREETINGS ONCE AGAIN! I am attempting to get better at this blogging thing, I think my delivery of the last one was a bit bland and robotic. Fortunately, they say in life growth is inevitable and the same applies to my internship experience. I feel the level of trust is being raised with us interns. From the increased workload to the level of work being that is tasked to us. I don't know if it's just me but having my judgement and skill trusted to the level of having a deliverable that I had a large role in being presented to others is a slightly nervous but very rewarding feeling. It also acts as a motivator to keep learning and increase the quality of my efforts.  Assignment updates! Mikala and I did tree warranty work at Greenwood Park in Baker.
