6/Addy does not go hungry

There comes a time in every girl's life where she can look at herself and ask  "When did I become so successful at such a young age?"  Well, I'm not there yet.

But good news guys!!!! I touched a marker the other day. We have so many Chart Pak markers here its embarrassing and I have been staring at them with drool falling out my mouth for 2 months now. I took the opportunity to use them when I had to do conceptual design for a performance hall area. That was about the only information I was given??? and so when I turned it back into my boss she was like um take in the context of the surrounding area. And I literally didn't know there was anything surrounding the area or where this project even was. I had asked so many questions trying to figure out what I needed to do and still. STILL. I was not given the information needed. It's getting a little exhausting, but a girl does like money and a girl does like to pretend to be successful at such a young age.

- Okay as I was writing this, I got pulled away to do a site visit at the business complex across the street. I am very very excited to say this site is mine. I get to do whatever I want per staying in budget. I do actually feel very successful now  -

THIS IS MY SITE GUYS!!!!! It's actually already beautiful and they want to demo it which is sad but gives me more freedom, so I am excited.

Also!!! This week is crawfish boil week! I am soooooooooo excited. It's my first and honestly probably last of the season. I got invited by this guy at work who didn't want to go alone and now I have convinced half the office to go!! Best part of it it too is that it's through a company who invited multiple firms and so Andrew and Arielle will be there! VV excited to see those jokahs.

Speaking of seeing my favorites...... KENZIE CAME TO VISIT.

I took her hiking at arbor trails, and it was so nice outside even though it had said it was going to rain the entire weekend. The ice-cream man pulled up as we were leavin and we got popsicles ;) Honestly, we had a lot of good food. Japanese barbecue, cinnamon rolls and fruit breakfasts, and then for easter we made Brussel sprouts, steak, potatoes, jalapeno boudin poppers and mousse. We don' come to play y'all.

She left on Sunday, and I was devastated but we call on Mondays, so the goodbye was short lived haha. + I've got a busy week ahead of me- designing this new site, my head boss has some big unspoken task for me I keep hearing whispers about, I am going to the fair tomorrow, ice-cream w friends Wednesday, boil on Thursday, and my family comes in on Friday!

I really miss those cats too. They took a picture on easter and left room for me and I sobbed. Kenzie walked back into the room, and I was like face down on my bed. Embarrassing.

Sam got a haircut while I was gone and chopped off his fluffy bangs, and he looks so old. They all do and being away from my family for the first time in my life like this is really hard. I guess it just proves I love my family and they love me.

so really all I can say is life is good, and I am so thankful

(Still missin you tho)
xoxo
