Personal Bits:

I hope everyone is well and in great health! Make sure y'all are taking care of yourselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I've been on a pretty consistent physical regimen that has me sore but also feeling more fulfilled and accomplished. A huge portion of the fulfillment comes from standing firm and doing what I said I was going to do, not just speaking empty words.

Take the mental breaks you need, scrolling on TikTok/reels or taking a YouTube dive on the surface may appear to be "wasting time/lazy" but I think it's a great way to escape life for a while and unwind.

I'm sure many of us are experiencing a wave of new emotions being in a new cycle of life. Personally, at times, life seems very repetitive and that somewhat gives me a sliver of anxiety. That's ok. Thats when I start to lean on things that give life more happiness and texture, than just a robotic sequence of events. Basketball has been instrumental for that purpose, it's indescribable how much joy the game can bring not matter what level you're pursuing it at.

Whether you're spiritual or not, lean into something that provides an inner peace in the midst of life's challenges. Get out and be present in nature, whether that's a scenic hike in the wilderness or just out in your yard with your feet in the grass. The Bible is of course a great pillar in realigning your mindset and direction to point you in the direction of better in your life.

However, you go about these things make sure that you make the time for them. You're important!
